1. Who you are contracting with

Drag AI ("the Service") is provided by Techatone ("Techatone", "we", "us"). By creating an account or continuing to use the Service you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service for an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind it; if you use it personally, you confirm you are of legal age in your country.

2. The Service

Drag AI is a subscription AI assistant that produces text responses and generated images from prompts you provide, and lets signed-in users chat with each other. Free accounts have daily limits; Premium accounts remove them. Features may change as we improve the product.

3. Your account

Provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

4. Acceptable use

You must not:

• use the Service unlawfully, or for fraud, spam or harassment;
• infringe anyone's intellectual property, privacy or publicity rights;
• generate illegal content, sexual content involving minors, hate speech, targeted harassment, malware, or deceptive deepfakes of real people;
• attempt to jailbreak, bypass safety filters, probe, scrape or overload the Service;
• resell, redistribute or reverse engineer the Service or circumvent plan limits.

5. AI content, inputs and outputs

You are responsible for your prompts, for having the rights to any content you submit, for verifying outputs before relying on them, and for how you use outputs. As between you and Techatone, you retain rights in your inputs and we do not claim ownership of the outputs generated for you, subject to a limited licence for us to host and process content in order to operate the Service.

AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete or offensive and must not be treated as professional medical, legal, financial or other regulated advice without qualified human review. We may filter, refuse, restrict or remove content, and may suspend accounts that breach these Terms. If you believe content infringes your rights, email us and we will review it and remove infringing material; repeat infringers lose access.

6. Intellectual property

Techatone retains all rights in the Service, its software, documentation and branding. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within your chosen plan.

7. Payments and subscriptions

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Billing, renewal, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Subscriptions renew automatically each period until cancelled. See our Refund Policy and Pricing.

8. Service level

We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. On termination your access ends and your content may be deleted after a reasonable export window.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages including lost profits, data or goodwill. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence where the law does not allow it. You indemnify us against claims arising from your content, unlawful use, or breach of these Terms.

11. General

You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in a merger or acquisition. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control. These Terms are governed by the laws of Uganda and disputes will be heard by the courts of Uganda, without limiting mandatory consumer rights in your country. We may update these Terms and will revise the date above.
